On Point Chiropractic Treats the Cause, Not Just the Pain
On Point Chiropractic offers modern, individualized musculoskeletal and chiropractic care for active adults throughout Stratford, Milford, and Shelton. We diagnose and treat the actual cause of your pain, not just the spot where it hurts, so the results last, and then we teach you how to keep it from coming back.
Whether you golf, run, lift, or just want to keep up with your own life without something in your back or shoulder holding you back, our approach is built around your body specifically, not a generic treatment plan.
“Being on point is when you’re able to do the things you want to do at a moment's notice with confidence and ease.”
-Dr. Mark A. Konopka
Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Mark A. Konopka, DC has been a chiropractic patient himself for years before becoming a chiropractor, so he understands the experience from both sides. He holds a TPI Certified Medical Level 3 credential (one of the rarest chiropractic certifications in Connecticut), TPI Certified Fitness Level 2, SFMA Level 2, FAKTR training, and is certified in both dry needling and acupuncture. He combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, movement assessments, and dry needling into a plan built specifically around your goals.
Dr. Ryan DiPrimo, DC also treats patients at On Point and is currently completing his own TPI Medical certification. Once finished, On Point will be home to two TPI Medical-credentialed chiropractors, the only practice in Connecticut with that distinction.

A Root-Cause Approach, Built Around You
You're active, and when pain shows up, you want it gone for good, not just quieted down until the next flare-up. At On Point Chiropractic, every visit is a full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Mark Konopka or Dr. Ryan DiPrimo, built around finding out why the pain keeps coming back in the first place, not just where it hurts today.
If you've already been to a chiropractor or physical therapist and the pain came right back, you're not alone, and you didn't do anything wrong. Most care stops at the symptom: a band-aid on a check engine light. We look for what's actually causing it, then build a plan around your specific body and your specific goals, whether that's getting back on the course, back in the gym, or just back to normal life.
